Using advanced mathematical and strategic thinking, my goal is to discover new ways of optimizing and consolidating ineffective processes, and make them work more efficiently. I’m one of the pioneers in the Affiliate marketing industry, and one of the ‘super affiliates’ who developed this market more than 10 years ago. I used this experience and knowledge to start Advidi.

Over the past 20+ years, I've had the pleasure to build seamless operations in commercially oriented roles in Media, Telecommunications, Recruitment and Insurance sectors. I believe in a customer centric and holistic approach to building organisations, aligning all disciplines ranging from Sales to Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resource Management.
I also believe that a business success is only possible with a balance with family and health.
I thrive to excel professionally, as much as I do my best to be a good husband and father to my 3 sons.
Some people call me competitive, but it's not completely true - it's not really my fault I win all the time. Even though I was the 8th employee at the company overall, I still consider myself #1 when it comes to trivia and movie knowledge. I've enjoyed watching the company grow from a startup to a professional company and experiencing all the hurdles that come with such explosive growth. We're professional, hard-working and respectful, even though having fun is usually our top motivation.
I believe I found the perfect life balance – working in a vibrant city, and living close to the beach. Even when those two locations are not close to each other. I travel between the North Sea, and Amsterdam every day. Working here gives me the opportunity to be part of a superior business environment, and impressively creative people. Living in the countryside though, next to beach, running and biking in the forest, is what brings peace to my mind. After a busy day, there’s nothing to be compared to the silence of the woods, and the warmth of my loved one.
My parents always encouraged me to travel and see the world. So the first chance I got, I packed my backpack and made the best trip of my life. I came back with lots of great memories and a passion for traveling. But I enjoy the little things in life just as much. Dinners with friends, good coffee and Discovery Channel's Shark Week. After traveling, I decided to leave Nijmegen and move to the big city of Amsterdam to start my career. Luckily enough, I found myself a job at Advidi. Every morning, I enjoy my bike ride to the office where I try to make the workday for my colleagues as easy and comfortable as possible!
To be honest, I never expected to work in this industry - it just happened to me. At first I wasn’t very excited, but working at Advidi has changed that. I love the innovative, dynamic nature of the business. Our global nature means the work never stops; while some are ending their day, a new one is beginning for someone else, and we’re in the middle of that. I get to apply my data analysis and sales skills while seeing direct results, which creates a strong drive inside me to work in this industry. There are endless opportunities, and Advidi really supports me as I explore them. The energy here is unique!
Born and raised in Morocco, I have lived and studied in the Netherlands, UK and in Mexico. This mixture of cultures and experiences has enriched me and made me realize that anything is possible as long as you are motivated enough to pursue your dreams. Every day is a learning day at Advidi, and I am lucky to be surrounded by internationally oriented people who are driven by improvement and creativity. Oh ja! As a relatively new member of the Advidi team, my main objective is to make data really work in the company. With a strong background of over 20+ years in business finance, I have proven to take many businesses to the next level. I did this in telco, fashion retail, media, and (online) consumer electronics. I really enjoy it when people come together, share ideas, and are open to different views, with the shared goal of improving each day.
I love playing field hockey, contributing to my club and team, traveling, skiing, and spending precious time with friends, my wife, daughter, and son.

Advidi is all about doing business while putting up a very strong "we" behind every "me". And for myself: I am very proud to be heading the tech team within Advidi, and I like sports - especially boxing.

High school Marina was quite a dreamer; she dreamt of going to San Francisco, going on exchange, getting her Masters abroad and moving to a city that would feel right at the time. Not going to lie, high school Marina was a bit intense. Few years later, here I am, in the city I love at a company that challenges me every day. Happy and proud of everything that I have accomplished so far but most importantly, excited about what is yet to come. Making your dreams come true is hard work but there is nothing better than looking back at everything you have accomplished. Never stop dreaming!
“Great things never come from comfort zones.” I always have that thought in my head. It is not possible to achieve something if you are staying in the same place. So I was more than happy to start working at Advidi. The magical atmosphere, people who are super professional in what they do, an opportunity to learn a lot of new things and to have one more interesting challenge in my life are only a few of the things I’ve found here. Born and raised in Ukraine, I came to the Netherlands at 17 years old ready to conquer the world. Except, I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do. But that all changed once I took a marketing analytics course.
Performance-focused and data-driven - it was only natural that Advidi and I clicked! I genuinely believe in constantly improving, whether in business or my personal life and working with people who share those same values is beyond motivating. Starting a career in Affiliate Marketing was a very significant event in my life. I believe that every affiliate marketer would agree that this industry changes marketing and it feels great to be a part of this evolution. From a village in the east of England, I've spent most of my life surrounded by countryside, sea & pubs. Despite the irony of moving to one of the lowest and flattest countries in the world - I love being outdoors in the mountains where I can hike, climb, and camp.
Why Advidi? In truth, I've never been sure what I want to do. I've often wandered through life like a broken compass, never pointing North, but enjoying the journey. Amsterdam is another place on this journey but Advidi has become the destination. This is a place where you're encouraged to fall on your own compass and charter your own course for success.
The lesson I've learnt working here? Sometimes a broken compass will lead you to a better destination than originally planned.
Affiliate Managers
Me in a nutshell. Travelling back and forth between my hometown and our capital city for a few years now and trust me, that’s no small endeavour. I guess it’s my way of juggling all the things that I value in my life; My big group of close childhood friends, my relationship, my family, my hometown-football club and my career. About the latter, business-wise you’ll find me available almost 24/7 and I sincerely believe that this kind of commitment and dedication is a great USP to have. It got me where I am now and it will take towards the goals that I have set for myself within this industry. Because after all, like the much-debated Jordan Belfort once said; “The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.”
As a goal-orientated and adventurous individual, I constantly strive to exceed limits. I conquered the Iron Viking Marathon, obtained the black belt in Judo and will be a real challenge if you play board/video games with me! I try to live my life at the fullest and to learn as much as possible along the way. I love to be around interesting people, travel a lot and use my longboard to get to work. Advidi inspires me because everyone else shares my high level of motivation for working hard and pushing to become even better tomorrow.
Building strong relationships and exceeding targets is my passion – like a fish in the water in my role here at Advidi. As an Affiliate Manager, my goal is to supercharge the success of all the affiliates I work with, whilst creating my own success along the way. Dutch looking but truly Italian. Over the past 6 years, I have found myself balancing between Italy and The Netherlands, finally ending up at Advidi. In this highly competitive industry, it's important to be open-minded, reframe your assumptions, be resilient, and always try to constantly surprise yourself first. In my daily life at Advidi, you will probably find me in the kitchen debating with our amazing chef, Kai over who does the best carbonara (me, obviously!).
A true Ukrainian soul with an enthusiastic, hard-working mentality that is never afraid of leaving her comfort zone and having fun at the same time. Started traveling on my own and working abroad at the age of 15 to explore and surround myself with various cultural environments. By the age of 17, I had decided to move to my second home - Amsterdam. From day one, Amsterdam welcomed me with an international environment and gave me a chance to meet and connect with the most creative and interesting people that had a valuable impact on my personal development and eventually led me to my second family - Advidi. At Advidi, we not only have fun and meet amazing people but also continue challenging each other to show the best outcomes.

Travelling the world, meeting new people of different cultures is the thing I love doing the most. Back at home in the Netherlands I love playing sports and meeting up with friends.
My motto in life is you either win or learn. There is no loss as long as you learn from it. From a young age, I have the mindset to win or either learn from every obstacle I come across. With this, I ensure to surround myself with people who have the same mindset and work hard to pursue this.

Living by the motto "Sí a todo", I never say no to a good plan, party, or adventure. After a year of going back and forth between Amsterdam, London and my home Barcelona, I decided that Amsterdam was the place I wanted to be. That wouldn't have been possible without Advidi welcoming me into their family. Here I am able to learn and grow, both professionally and personally every day, while always having so much fun with my amazing team.

Finance
‘’Do I look forward to getting back to work?” I ask myself every morning to see if I am spending my days doing a job I love, with people I enjoy being around. I am really lucky that my answer is ‘Oh God yes!’ every day. At Advidi the environment is fun and motivating. It helps me achieve a work-life balance, even if it seems impossible nowadays. It taught me that you can find the way to spend quality time chilling with your beloved ones, going on camping trips or cycling. Things that I could never do if I had remained in my hometown, Istanbul.
When I was younger I had no idea what I wanted to be, like so many do. While I thought having my own bar was an amazing idea, I soon realized that it was not something I wanted to do my whole life - I wanted to further my education. So I went back to school and got my degree in Finance and Control. However, at that point, I still wasn’t ready to settle down, which led me to travel to Sri Lanka to see more of the world. Coming back from this adventure, I was ready to focus on my career, which led me to Advidi. Now I’m here, working in finance and I love it.
Born in a small town in Russia, living abroad has always been a dream of mine. Fortunately, my commitment and the ability to work hard made it possible and now I am a finance intern in the best company one can only imagine - Advidi.

Being born and raised in Romania can be considered a blessing, but after coming to the Netherlands for studies, a variety of opportunities opened up. After seeing an article in a Dutch business magazine featuring the founder of the company I became interested in working at Advidi. I found it very inspiring to read how they built a healthy and fast-growing company from scratch; no stranger to the entrepreneurship mindset having started my own businesses during my studies. After my studies, for my professional development, I decided to get some experience and to have a look in the kitchen of a real self-made successful startup / scale up. That was and is Advidi. I started calling Amsterdam “home” after 6 years, and joining the Advidi team only helped to reaffirm my place in the city. When I started at Advidi with my internship whilst doing my HR degree, I never expected that
I would like a company so much. During my time here, I was asked if I wanted to continue
working at Advidi as a corporate recruiter. I can't wait to connect the right people to this great company so they can have the same incredible experience I have had. Whilst working here the most important thing I’ve learned is that when you believe in yourself, you can make it happen. Also when you are surrounded by the right people, they will help you reach your goals. Because of this company culture, I am always happy to go to work where I am surrounded by people that help me grow and want to see me succeed!

I’m usually a very quiet person, but that just means that i’m thinking a lot :-) I go through many books per month, so you can often find me in the non-fiction section at the international bookstore. Due to my childhood in Tokyo I really appreciate Japanese (pop) culture; I really love the online culture and community. This is why Advidi is such a good fit for me. Data analysis is what I do, ensuring my colleagues are supported by accurate reports, which helps them to operate efficiently. I love it here at Advidi and can’t imagine working anywhere else!
Every time I enter Advidi's office I feel like I'm in my second home in Amsterdam. And every day brings a new adventure. Together with the team, I explore data trying to find hidden gems that help us to gain more insights into the lucrative business we are running. I love to discover patterns in data just as much as I love traveling.

Coming from Uzbekistan, if someone had told me 10 years ago that my future self would be living and working in the Netherlands, I would not believe them. But here I am!
I consider myself to be an introvert however working at Advidi, surrounded by my amazingly supportive team puts a smile on my face everyday. As well as the people, everyday I am faced with new opportunities to learn, which all in all creates the perfect working environment. Advidi really is an amazing place for a young professional like me.
Born and raised in Finland but I really grew up in my new home, the Netherlands. You might find me a bit quiet (it’s a cultural thing), but I am always up for an adventure and challenge, whether it is an unconventional holiday destination or fixing and maintaining my old house.
I am always curious and busy learning something new by either reading or working on my own projects. My commute is a perfect way of burning through new books!

This is what we aim for at Advidi, continuously improving our services to satisfy our clients exponentially. As a market analyst, my goal is to use the massive amount of data we have to optimize and understand the needs of our partners, so that they can "get 1% better each day" with us.
Throughout my life, I lived in five different cities throughout the north of Italy. At the age of 20, I moved to London to spice things up a little. When I decided to move to Amsterdam for my studies, little did I know I would fall crazy in love with the city. And now a new love just blossomed, the one with Advidi. With a bachelor’s in Communication Science and a master’s in Data Science, I aim to use my knowledge in data analysis and communication to help the company make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. Luckily, being part of the friendly BI team and a great company like Advidi makes the job much easier.

After completing my Master's degree, I decided to leave my beautiful country (Italy) to discover a little bit the world and this is how I ended up discovering Amsterdam and choose it as home.
I would describe myself as outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate person. I look at difficult situations as chances to grow rather than something to be afraid of, for this reason my motto is ‘the biggest reward usually come from having the guts and perseverance to create your own path’.

Another prominent characteristic of myself is my passion for sports. After a couple of years at boxing and basketball, I was a professional American Football player in Europe for 4 years (during and after my college years). Then, I coached and helped the new bees who were into learning the sport until I made up my mind to live in an international and multicultural city like Amsterdam.

Tech Department
Two years ago I worked in a financial department, but it wasn't my dream job. At that time I made the decision to do something I really like: Web design and web development. I studied for a year and followed different courses on YouTube and Udemy. In this time I got a few freelance projects.
After learning the ropes, I got my first job as a developer, where I learned a lot more and really refined my skills. Now I’ve been working at Advidi for a while and I like it a lot. I have amazing colleagues and Advidi gives me the space to be creative and continue to develop myself.
I like to cook in my spare time - mainly Mediterranean dishes, as I am originally from Spain. In my coding I also like to add some spice here and there to present our users and partners with the best flavours possible. Besides great colleagues and a great atmosphere, there's one extra thing that truly motivates me here at Advidi: the daily fresh dishes cooked by our office chef. Great food for great thoughts!
Before I started my coding career I was working towards a PhD in Biomedical Science. Maybe that's why I really feel at home at Advidi: the chemistry between technology and people is amazing! Furthermore, I'm excited to explore what machine learning and artificial intelligence can bring to our field of expertise.
In life, it's all about great teamwork and balance. Einstein once said: “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” And great movement is what Advidi is all about! So as a member of our great tech team, we'll keep the pace of software development as close to the speed of light as Einstein will allow us.
I’m an American, a Ph.D. in computer science brought me to Europe and my wife brought me to the Netherlands. I love a good challenge and working at Advidi is a great challenge. The fast-paced industry and passionate colleagues really push me to deliver my best every day! When I'm not working I enjoy running, reading, and programming on my personal projects.
Ten years ago, I wanted to be a physicist and live abroad, somewhere sunny by the beach.
I did pursue education in sciences but diverted from physics to computer science. I did end up living abroad but in the (not so sunny) Netherlands. I am not sure how 15-year-old me would react knowing all this, but having met all the amazing people on my journey, and now working with amazing colleagues here at Advidi, my present self is glad that things turned out exactly the way they have.
As a wee Yorkshire chap born in Doncaster, I watched my Dad tinker with various IT equipment. In many ways, I’m a jack of all trades, dabbling in a plethora of fields, including acting, djing, photography & videography. Exploring these passions has led me to some amazing places all over the world!
I approach my work with a wide-angle lens, putting everyone and everything into consideration with a little dab of creativity thrown into the mix!
Office
I was 9 and really hungry that night when my dad figured out that he forgot to buy groceries. In panic, he started looking around the kitchen, and found a can of beans, knakworst (Dutch sausage), a few eggs and suspicious potatoes. I stood next to him astonished watching him cutting, cooking and flipping pans. I was expecting to try the worst meal ever! But, on the contrary, the mix that looked like a Spanish omelet was actually delicious! It was so good that we named it – Darkai. Maybe not the most creative name, since we only put our names together. But I learned something important that day - In time of crisis, use your creativity as your main force. It was also the day from which I started thinking about all the possible mixtures of flavors that can be brought together. I believe it was as well the day when I discovered the magic of cooking.
I grew up in Friesland, the north part of Holland in a city called Dokkum. Known by the world famous elfstedentocht (Eleven City ice skating Tour). I never thought that anybody could bring me to the ‘big city’ Amsterdam, but my boyfriend did. Five years and two kids further I can say that I really love this city and all its possibilities. With my job at Advidi I found the best place to work as well, so no countryside for me anymore!
I started working at Advidi on an on-call base. After I rolled into this warm, funny and energetic atmosphere, I just didn't want to leave anymore.
As a mother of two young kids I still love living and working in Amsterdam. Advidi offered me the possibility to work part time, which gives me the best work-life balance I could wish for. Working here enriches my life, and I can truly say that I love my job!
When Lysan called me about this vacancy at Advidi, I wasn't looking for work at all. I'd just left my job as an estate agent in Amsterdam to fully focus on my family of four and I was truly happy with my life and how things were going.
Her enthusiasm made me curious though. We had a cup of coffee at the office and I was convinced; good vibes only!
Now I work part-time and have the best of both worlds; a nice job with interesting and bubbly colleagues in bustling Amsterdam and the 'calm' family life in Blaricum, which I enjoy even more than I did before!
My earliest memories were of me standing on a chair in my grandmother's kitchen, watching her as she mixed the dough for the delicious cakes that were always a staple in our home. I love the way that baking brings people together, and makes them happy and connected. And that’s what I am bringing to Advidi. I quickly became known as the office baker, making delicious treats for coworkers to enjoy. You can also say I am the sweeter half of the kitchen team.
